2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data and Legal Basis for Processing

If you consent to being targeted with marketing and sales activities through specific communication channels, we will process your personal data to conduct direct marketing of our products and services.

To achieve this purpose, the legal basis for processing your personal data will be Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of conducting marketing and sales activities based on the consents you have given for receiving marketing content through specified communication channels (including profiling).

If you consent to the use of your personal data for marketing activities, your data will be processed based on Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

As part of our marketing activities, we will, among other things, send information about products, promotions, and contests, and conduct marketing research. We will also carry out profiling for marketing purposes.

3. Information on Profiling for Marketing Purposes

We perform profiling, i.e., automatic assessment of certain personal factors concerning you based on your personal data.

We conduct profiling to better understand your interests and needs regarding the products and services we offer. Based on your profile, we will send you information tailored to your preferences, including the content and promotional materials sent, educational information, product offers, market research, and measurements that allow us to improve our services.

We use the following data for profiling: first name, last name, age, gender, language, city, visited pages, type of purchased product, source of data acquisition. Additionally, we consider statistical data on behavior on the Store's websites during profiling.

4. Retention Period for Your Personal Data

Regarding our marketing activities, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing and sales content from us through the specified communication channel, or until you object.

5. Recipients of Your Personal Data

We will transfer your personal data to our service providers who we commission to provide services related to personal data processing, such as:

• IT service providers,

• marketing agencies,

• research agencies.

We ensure that in such cases, the transfer of data will be based on an appropriate agreement between us and the providers in accordance with data protection clauses.

6. Your Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data

You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  • Right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;

  • Right to request rectification of your personal data,
  • Right to request the deletion of your personal data,

You may send this data to another data controller or request us to transfer your data to another data controller. However, we will do this only if such transfer is technically possible.

Your personal data is processed based on consent. Therefore, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
