If for any reason your order does not suit your needs and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will assist you in the return procedure, for which you have 14 days counting since the day you received the package.

    You can expect us to give you a full refund for goods you bought, always easy and without any problems.

    How can I return a product(s)?

    I n order to avoid confusion when transmitting the returns, please do not send us any goods without prior contact with us. Acting in accordance with the following procedure will afford you the fastest return process.

    Return in 4 steps:

    1. Download and fill out the simple form of return included here.
    2. Send the form back to us along with the goods to our address or electronically.
    3. Return the package using our services, by the post office or courier service*.
    4. After we receive the package and verify the contents for signs of use, we will refund you the full amount of the goods in 14 days.**

    * Depending on the option you choose, the package will arrive to us in about 2-7 days.
    ** 95% of our customers receives the transfer within 48 hours.

    Practical hints:

    • Remember that from the moment you received the package it rests on You to to take care of the delivery and it is You who are responsible for any damage caused by incorrect usage or transport preparations. This obligation continues until we receive the shipment under the Returns and complaints adress we provide.
    • Try to return the goods in the original packaging, it increases the guarantee of us receiving the package in it's original shape. It is usually more cost-effective and comfortable for us to organise a return transportation on your behalf becouse we use the services of experienced and reputable companies, and along with that we try to minimise the possibility of additional problems.
    • Every cancelled order that have already been sent to you and have not been withdrawn and returned to us on the basis of uncollected shipment will result in the imposition of transport charges in accordance with the additional services price list.
    • We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our website, however we can not guarantee the accuracy of paintings or photographs which are displayed (each computer can display them in different shades scale).

    Please note that we can not accept goods made to order, which finish was a customer's special wish and which required the special process to adapt the product for the customer's specific needs.


    Although we do everything we can to ensure the arrival of the package in perfect shape, it may happen that during the transport the goods will get damaged. If it happened, our team will gladly help to solve the problem. If anything is unclear to you, please contact us and we will be hapy to step you through the complaint process.

    How to start the complaint process?

    In order to avoid confusion when transmitting complaint, please do not send goods without prior contact with us. Just like you, we want to make the complaint solved as soon as possible. To ensure this, please follow the following procedure:


    The complaint in 5 steps:

    1. Take some pictures of your product - preferably 2 or 3 photos from a distance of approx. 1-2 meters and 2 or 3 pictures in approximately 0.5 m from the point of the specific defect. It will help us a lot if you also take few pictures of the package itself.
    2. Keep waybill glued to the pack.
    3. Report damage directly to the courier company or contact us.
    4. Send us a damage report, pictures and waybill.
    5. Wait for us to contact you. This will take no more than 24 hours.

    Practical hints:

    • We ask you to pre-verify the status of the package when you receive it. If you have any doubts, you have the right to demand a courier to write the damage protocol. You have 7 calendar days to do this since the day you received the package.
    • There is not always need to send us the goods that you are complaining about. It often happens that we are just sending the elements for replacing, so please let us first verify which complaint path will suit best not only us, but - mostly - you.
    • If the ordered goods require assembly - please check all components in the package along with the instructions. Please do not return the partly assembled furniture - it can get additionaly damaged during the transport.

    • We are not charging any fee for goods that were damaged or were having any defects upon the receivement.

    We are warning you strictly against any attempts to repair the damaged product by yourself. We are unfortunately not able to accept the goods if there were any changes made. Such acts are causing the loss of producer's warranty.


    Every product we offer are new, coming from a legitimate foreign import or having its distributors or importers in the country.

    The products we offer have a warranty of the manufacturer, importer or dealer for a period of 24 months from the purchase date.
