Ecommercity sp. z o.o. (ltd.) has the utmost respect for privacy and confidentiality of personal data, traffic data and the content of the communication, as well as Customers and Users themselves.

This Privacy Policy governs the online store activities available at the electronic address www.blowupdesign.pl (the store), which owner and administrator is Ecommercity Sp. with o.o (ltd.), hereinafter referred to Ecommercity), compared to those using the Store (the customers).

The following issues are also designed to help you understand how the Shop uses and safeguards the information provided to it, in particular:

- Explaining and regulating issues related to the collection, processing and use of personal data and other data processed by the store as part of its operation

Acquisition of Personal Data


Personal information is any information that identifies Customer or Customer's Account in the Store.

By registering or shopping in the store, you are asked to provide personal information necessary to perform the contract, invoicing, and the possibility of contact with the customer.
The Client declares that the data provided is true, complete and accurate in all required aspects, and agrees to immediately notify us of any changes in their area.

What information are we obtaining from you?

Our Store grants access to the following information, personal data and other information about data traffic:

(a) the identification (eg. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address)
(b) Profile information (eg. country of residence, preferred language and currency)
(c) Electronic identification data (eg. IP addresses, cookies);

Modification and deletion of personal data


Customer has the right to access personal data where appropriate to improve and supplement any inaccurate or incomplete data. Some of the data can be viewed or edited online by logging into your account in the Store.

Furthermore, the User is entitled to request the removal of his personal data from the Store. To do this, submit a request to modify or delete your personal information at the address listed in the footer of the Shop at www.blowupdesign.pl.

Before making any changes to the personal data we reserve the right to verify the identity of the person making such request.
Administrator reserves the right to refuse to delete data if its saving is necessary in order to realise claims or if required by the law.

The collection, processing and use of personal data and other traffic data including the communication content


Personal data will be collected, processed and used by the Store in order to carry out orders and other purposes listed below:

- Sending e-mails and text messages informing about new products and services that we assume they may be of interest to you (of course if you gave us permission to do so);
- To process and deliver the goods and services you ordered using the Shop, in particular a billing or notification of the status of the contract;
- Investigation due claims arising in connection with the implementation of contracts listed above;
- The provision of customer service and problem solving as well as resolution of disputes;
- Completing the evaluation questionnaires (feedbacks) or taking part in on-line researches;
- Verification of identity;
- Customization, evaluation and improvement of the Store owner's software, as well as other products and services;

- Compliance and enforcement of Terms of use along with the prevention of fraud;
- If it is necessary for the fulfillment of the legitimately justified purposes realised by the Administrator and the data receivers.

Ecommercity takes and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures including security measures in the context of software tools and hardware resources as well as telecommunications infrastructure in order to protect the integrity and confidentiality of personal data and traffic data, consistent to preserve the commitment of Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Your personal information and other traffic data including contact information, content and mobile phone numbers are stored in a secure location on our secure servers that prevents access to unauthorized persons. We also have backup procedures and periodic safety tests concerning the infrastructure integrity.

Transmission of data to other entities


In order to provide you with efficient implementation of the requested services, the Store reserves the right that, if necessary, it may transfer personal data and traffic data to its partners or suppliers in order to properly process orders (those partners are courier companies, sms / e-mail service providers, banks or other payment providers, suppliers / distributors of goods, analytical services, customer service or hosting services), unless they are reserved with additional obligations on the confidentiality of data provided. The Shop always requires the parties to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data of its Customers.
