The date provided on the label indicates the approximate date of product shipment from our warehouse or supplier.
It does not account for the courier delivery time, which is usually 24-48 hours.

The indicated dates may vary depending on the country of origin of the manufacturer, logistic, or production processes.

This means that we need to verify the stock status with the manufacturer or determine the deadline for fulfilling individual orders.

If a date is provided on the label, it means that we are awaiting the scheduled delivery. Otherwise, leave your contact information, and we will check the earliest delivery date.

Useful information

  • The planned shipping date will be sent to your email address after the order is accepted for fulfilment.
  • If you prefer a later shipping date, please inform us in the order comments.
  • The reason for longer fulfilment times is the time needed to import products to our warehouse (products are imported from Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and Asia).
  • Customized products may require a longer fulfilment time to tailor to the customer's order.

When will I receive the ordered products?

To determine the delivery date, please go to the product page and check the estimated shipping date. After placing your order, we will send you an SMS and an email with the planned shipping date.

Why can I add products that are unavailable to the cart?

Such an option exists for products that are awaiting delivery to the warehouse or are known to be in the process of production. Most often, the next delivery date is displayed alongside them. If you don't see it, we will inform you of it, and then you can make a decision.

When will I receive products with different fulfilment times?

By default, the shipment will occur once we have assembled all the products from the order. For example, if the first product is ready in 3 days and the second one in 7 days, the shipment of both products from the order will take place in 7 days.

I still haven't received my order, what's going on?

Review the SMS or email messages sent from our number; you'll find the scheduled shipping date determined on the day your order was placed.
