Practical tips

  • Remember to keep and not destroy the packaging while unpacking. After all, you might want to return the contents, so it's crucial to keep them as well-protected as possible – this is often guaranteed by the original packaging.
  • Pay attention to the accuracy of the shipping address to avoid additional costs in case of re-delivery attempts.
  • If you need to contact the courier, have the waybill number ready (find it in the email) and then get in touch with the courier company to arrange delivery details.

Is the shipping with delivery included?

Delivery and bringing the goods to the door is intended for shipments not exceeding 31 kg. If your order is delivered on a pallet due to size and weight, the delivery will take place only before entering the building.

What is the cost and delivery time of the package?

The cost of parcel delivery is calculated by our system based on the quantity of selected products as well as their dimensions and weight. To check the shipping cost of your order, add the desired quantity of products to your cart. The delivery time for parcels by courier companies is 24-48 hours. However, there may be exceptions due to seasonality, such as Christmas, when delivery times may extend.

What about the delivery if I'm not at home?

The courier will contact you to arrange delivery (although there is no obligation to do so). If they fail to do so, they should leave a message (via SMS or email) regarding a new delivery date. In this situation, it is best if you contact the courier company / delivery courier and arrange a different delivery date. The shipping cost of the order includes two delivery attempts.

Can I arrange the delivery time?

Unfortunately, this issue solely depends on the goodwill of the courier. None of the courier companies offer delivery at a specific hour (except for additional paid services). If you want to arrange a pickup time, please call the delivering courier directly or the courier company.
