All products from your order will be delivered to the address specified in the "Shipping Address" field on the form.
Final delivery options are determined based on the size and contents of the order.
* Delivery times may be extended depending on seasonality - most commonly during the holiday period
** Delivery and bringing the goods to the Customer's door or to the entrance of the building if the package is non-standard or weighs more than 30 kg
*** The third delivery attempt results in an additional fee charged by the Store (The cost of the fee is equivalent to the costs incurred by the Store for the service provided by the delivery company.)
Delivery and bringing the goods to the door is intended for shipments not exceeding 31 kg. If your order is delivered on a pallet due to size and weight, the delivery will take place only before entering the building.
The cost of parcel delivery is calculated by our system based on the quantity of selected products as well as their dimensions and weight. To check the shipping cost of your order, add the desired quantity of products to your cart. The delivery time for parcels by courier companies is 24-48 hours. However, there may be exceptions due to seasonality, such as Christmas, when delivery times may extend.
The courier will contact you to arrange delivery (although there is no obligation to do so). If they fail to do so, they should leave a message (via SMS or email) regarding a new delivery date. In this situation, it is best if you contact the courier company / delivery courier and arrange a different delivery date. The shipping cost of the order includes two delivery attempts.
Unfortunately, this issue solely depends on the goodwill of the courier. None of the courier companies offer delivery at a specific hour (except for additional paid services). If you want to arrange a pickup time, please call the delivering courier directly or the courier company.
