This Privacy Policy governs the operation of the online store BlowUpDesign.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Store), owned and managed by Ecommercity Sp. z o. o. KRS 0000397698, REGON 24274971000000, NIP 6342797275 (hereinafter referred to as Ecommercity Sp. z o. o. or the Administrator), and its users (Clients).

The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to delete data if their retention is necessary for the fulfillment of claims or if required by applicable law.
Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data and Other Traffic Data Including Communication Content
Personal data will be collected, processed, and used by the Store to fulfill orders and other purposes mentioned below:

- Properly processing or delivering goods and services ordered through the Store, including invoicing or notifying about the order's progress or exceptions
