This Privacy Policy governs the operation of the online store BlowUpDesign.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Store), owned and managed by Ecommercity Sp. z o. o. KRS 0000397698, REGON 24274971000000, NIP 6342797275 (hereinafter referred to as Ecommercity Sp. z o. o. or the Administrator), and its users (Clients).

Before making changes to personal data, we reserve the right to verify the identity of the person making such a request.

The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to delete data if their retention is necessary for the fulfillment of claims or if required by applicable law.

Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data and Other Traffic Data Including Communication Content

Personal data will be collected, processed, and used by the Store to fulfill orders and other purposes mentioned below:

Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned in the Legal Basis (e.g., until the end of providing you with the newsletter service, cooperation in our Affiliate Program, completion of the complaint procedure, and after that period until the expiration of any claims or the expiration of data storage obligations resulting from legal regulations), or the purposes included in the clauses available on the Store's pages.

Additionally, we have backup procedures and periodic security tests for the integrity of the infrastructure.
