Can I place a foreign order through the shopping cart?
Due to the many factors that affect the cost of international shipping, such as weight, size, distance, courier company, we are unable to automatically provide a shipping price. For this reason, we make individual quotes in response to inquiries.
What is the cost of delivering a package abroad?
Cost of package delivery is calculated on the basis of the quantity of selected products, their dimensions, weight and country of delivery. The cost of delivery of oversized products such as chairs and furniture is much higher than for smaller packages, such as lighting.
Can I pay for my order by cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a payment option at the time of delivery due to the obligation to open a bank account in each country belonging to the European Union.
Can I get an invoice with 0% VAT?
Yes, any company registered with an EU VAT number has the opportunity to make purchases in our store at net prices. Verification is done in the system VIES.
How long does it take to international delivery?
Delivery time depends on the country of delivery. For deliveries that are located in close distance to Poland the time oscillates between 2-4 working days. For orders delivered, for example, to Croatia or bordering countries, this time may extend to 5-7 working days.
Can I return the goods?

Who pays for the return of goods?
It is the responsibility of the buyer -you, to prepare for shipping and pay the cost of delivery to the store. However, our store will refund the shipping costs you paid when placing the order (without additional services). We offer our help in arranging the return of an international shipment.
