Sole proprietorship
The refund is granted when the purchase is not directly related to the professional activity being carried out. Examples:
- When you have a beauty salon and purchase lighting for it
- When you run an accounting office and purchase equipment.
Sole proprietorship
No refund is available when the purchase is directly related to professional activity. Examples:
- When you are an architect and you purchase lighting or equipment for a client
- When you're a photographer and you're buying equipment for a photoshoot
The remaining forms of economic activity
The refund is not applicable regardless of the nature of the conducted activity. Examples:
- Civil partnerships
- Capital companies: Ltd., Joint-stock company
- Partnerships: general partnership, limited partnership, limited joint-stock partnership, etc.
- Governmental and non-governmental organizations
