Can I see products in the Showroom?

Unfortunately no, our company does not have a Showroom. The quantities of products offered by us would probably cover an area larger than ​​Ikea store.

However, you can pick up your order in our office. To do this, select the "Personal pickup" delivery method when you are placing an order.

Can I place an order by phone or chat?

Of course! To do this, prepare:

1. Product name and quantity

2. Delivery Address details

3. Invoice or billing details

Can I receive an invoice?

Of course! Due to the profile of our company, every customer receives a purchase invoice. You decide when placing the order what data the document should be issued for.

How can I pay for the order?

Our store offers payments such as: traditional bank transfer, fast PayU payment (e-transfer, payment card),  PayPal (for foreign transactions) and "Cach on delivery" (in Poland only).

Our office do not provide payment terminal and cash collect, so if you have decided to collect your order by yourself, you must pay before.

How long it takes to complete the order?

In our store you will find two markings that will approximate the expected date of order completion:

When will I receive products with different delivery times?

Shipping will take place when we complete all products from the order.

For example, if the first product is ready in 3 days and the second in 7 days, both products will be shipped together in 7th day.

I placed the order, when it will be ready?

Your order will be processed in accordance with the planned shipping date, which will be sent to you by email *

Deliveries

Does your delivery include door2door service?

Delivery and bringing goods door2door is provided for shipments not exceeding 31 kg.

If your order is delivered on a pallet due to its size and weight, the delivery will only take place to the front of the building.

What is the cost and time of delivey?

The total cost is calculated by our system based on the number of selected products, their dimensions and weight. To check the shipping cost, add the desired number of products to the cart and register your address.

Delivery time by courier takes in Poland 24h-48h and 3-7 working days abroad. However, there are exceptions due to seasonality, e.g. Christmas, when the delivery time may take a little longer.

What about delivery if I'm not at home?

A courier will contact you to arrange delivery (although there is no such obligation). If he doesn't, he should leave a message (SMS or email) about the next delivery date.

In this situation, it is best if you contact the courier / courier delivering the parcel and arrange a different delivery date.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return the product?

Of course! If you made the purchase as a private person, i.e. as a Consumer, and 14 calendar days have not passed since the day the package was received.

Product Customization

Can I order a different product color?

Yes, it is possible when painting metal elements such as chair bases, tables as well as for full metal products such as hokers, chairs and hangers.

Our company offers a paid painting service in a selected color from the RAL palette. The exceptions are elements that have been coated with chrome and others due to their construction and functionality.

Is there a product in a different version?

a) To make sure that you have checked each version of the product, use the shop search engine and enter product name, e.g. "Coral".

b) Try to search for a product with similar features using very helpfull filters placed in every category, e.g. Type -> hanging lamps, Shade color -> Black, Shape -> Round
